Do you have a schedule, or is it completely different from day to day?

skip breakfast, skip lunch (maybe have an energy bar or two), light "supper" around 4, dinner around 7ish.
Usually between 4-6 pm, I keep on a schedule, helps with the depression and anxiety.

Random snacking throughout the night - whenever
Maybe something before I sleep - 0900
I eat early, like 6, before walking the dogs.
If I'm not too busy, I eat beans for lunch (lunch break at 12-1.) My partner and I make big batches of beans in different styles on weekends, this week it's vegan daal makhani.
I don't really do dinner that much, like maybe a smoothie or a snack when I get home from work. Maybe I might pop up some popcorn or something if we're watching things.
highly regular breakfast beans (6pm) -> pb&j at work (1am) -> dinner oatmeal (8am) when I'm working with some treats sprinkled around sometimes. on my days off I'm like the big guy from Spirited Away
I wake up between 7 and 8 most days. I usually eat some kind of breakfast right after waking up. And then roughly every 6 hours after that. But it does vary a lot. For instance, I don't eat lunch today because I got busy and forgot to. But most days follow that schedule fairly close
I try to do intermittent fasting as much as I can. Most days, I'll not at all eat before 6pm, and then make sure not to eat anything past midnight, or 1am, so about a 6-7 hour eating window. It's easy in the morning and early afternoon, because food at that time is usually off-putting at best. But after that it can vary. Sometimes I won't eat until after 11pm, but much more often I'll start around 9pm and just eat whatever I've been able to gather for some sorta meal (thanks foodstamps) and then snack around until midnight.
There are times I've gone on longer term fasts though. Usually 3 to 5 day fasts. The longest I ever did was a 10-day fast which was only partly intentional.
Lunch - 12pm, Dinner - 6pm, small 3rd meal 12am. There's nothing going on in my life rn so my sleep schedule is fucked.
Breakfast is pretty set.
Lunch happens sometime around 1PM.
Dinner changes depending on the "time change". Sometimes its old foggey dinner time before 5PM and other times its like 8 ~ 9PM.
