Do you have a schedule, or is it completely different from day to day?

    I try to do intermittent fasting as much as I can. Most days, I'll not at all eat before 6pm, and then make sure not to eat anything past midnight, or 1am, so about a 6-7 hour eating window. It's easy in the morning and early afternoon, because food at that time is usually off-putting at best. But after that it can vary. Sometimes I won't eat until after 11pm, but much more often I'll start around 9pm and just eat whatever I've been able to gather for some sorta meal (thanks foodstamps) and then snack around until midnight.

    There are times I've gone on longer term fasts though. Usually 3 to 5 day fasts. The longest I ever did was a 10-day fast which was only partly intentional.
