    Do you have some apple cider vinegar? Smells SO bad, but it helped me get through super dandruff some years ago. Check it out, comrade.

    Gently massage hemp oil into your scalp, let it sit for an hour or so, then rinse with a dandruff shampoo. Try to use one that doesn't have fragrance added because fragrances can be irritating and make scalp problems worse. Do this every other day until you've done it two or three times and see if it improves. Works for me, I fucking love hemp oil
