Dune is probably incredibly hard to adapt to film, and maybe I'm letting my hope get the best of me, but given Villeneuve's body of work over the last 5 years I think he'll absolutely kill it in execution and theme.
There's a new Dune movie coming out and it's being directed by the guy who did Bladerunner 2049.
