Honestly referring to Bitcoin with "thick liquidity" is pretty on the mark to how fucking slow transactions are on the Bitcoin network.
Im not surpized, they are advertising this once the next crash happens i don't see cringe-o currency recovering as it is quite literally a ponzi scheme that pays old investors with new investors money they have to constantly advertise and get new people to buy, so if you see a lot of ads it because it's either losing liquidity, or its price is falling
