I know it's cringe to root for a company but netflix is the first and only streaming service I tried and I liked it. I like some of their shows and it's made my life more convenient. If they go down I'm back pirating everything, not just the stuff netflix doesn't have. It was cheap and nice and I'll miss it.

"Animation is for babies, you're all fired, and you can't get mad at me because I didn't want to do this. The Line made me!"

I bet Netflix will go through a Sicko phase.

When I first heard the news I'm tempted to try buying some Netflix stock with extra money I have at the moment (like :marx-goth: intended), but after hearing the animation news I think the funny squiggly line will just keep going down.

Netflix is famous for paying just cash only, but well above any competitors total comp to their engineering staff.

It's pretty hilarious to watch the bean counters' responses, which can all be summed up as, "remove the things that make us different and increase prices".
