The fact that it is still hosted on Alibaba cloud and is run from China and literally only useful to Mongol people in China (because foreigners cannot read the traditional writing) are also good evidence.
This shit takes literally seconds to check (and yes, it works in China).
Also one might notice that government websites for Inner Mongolia are always bilingual as a rule.
