From the picture he looks like he'll be totally fine, he isn't even fluffed up the way birds get when they're scared. One thing is his water dish is way to big. If he's having trouble staying steady he could fall in and not be able to get out. I recommend a really shallow dish, like not more then an inch deep of water and with a very small lip.

Okay. Good call. He hasn't gone for the water or seeds, but I'll make the change in a few minutes so I don't spook him too much.
