The Supreme Court, and the vast majority of judicial supreme bodies, are typically conservative forces in a government. The relatively progressive Warren court and its vestiges were an aberration from the norm. It’s not too difficult to predict that this governmental body would trend back towards the status quo of “stuffy council filled with ancient legal wizards who destroy smallfolk lives from their tower”

It's weird that people are acting surprised. It's been clear this was going to happen since Ginsburg ate shit. The only question was when a case would work its way through the courts.
Yeah there was a specific case that we knew was going to be coming in front of the Supreme Court. I guess it's whatever the current case is?
