It makes everything taste worse than airline food! I had a bowl of cereal for dinner and it tasted like I was eating Nintendo switch cartridges in grapefruit juice!

That might just be the COVID as well. A well known symptom is stuffing up taste and smell.
Somewhat related, I've also heard of people taking Paxlovid and testing negative for a while, but then testing positive once they finished taking it. Twitter thread
So probably something to be mindful of just in case
