    Giving your soldiers a shitload of experimental drugs worked well for the nazis, so why not try the same thing in the next war? The ecstacy might even make it so the air force demons grow a conscience, since it sometimes works on libertarians.

        Yeah, South Africa did their own MKUltra but with methaqualone (qualuudes) instead of LSD. The plan was to get the poor black populace addicted to methaqualone to get them docile and then use the money gained from selling the methaqualone to further shaft the poor. It worked well enough that South Africa is the only place in the world were you can still get Mandrax/Qualuude, most of it counterfeit produced by or under guidance of the government.

          Ecstacy specifically helped fund Wouter 'Dr Death' Basson's work after he refused Truth & Reconciliation too. I've got a good book on Project Coast somewhere but for now this is a decent write up despite being :cia: Vice.
