I started stimulants recently and the appetite suppression is kicking my ass. I already had a hard time eating enough, so this has made it quite a bit worse. I have found that if it's a liquid I can sip it throughout the day without issue. Do you have any recommendations about fairly healthy and inexpensive recipes or solutions for getting a lot of calories through a liquid? Thanks
There are a lot of "make-your-own meal replacement" formulas from the still-figuring-it-out era of Soylent to be found. I drink the actual stuff regularly as an ADD stimulant user. It's a fine background food, doesn't get me out of the zone at all throughout the day, and I can just reach over and grab the day's jug when I get hungry. Plenty of competition in that market now, and do-it-yourself recipes.

The Soylent shits go away, and even any tummy rumbles do after a bit; at least they did for me. It's a huge nutrition bomb in one quick gulp if you're new to it.
Soylent is good. I recommend getting the coffee variety since coffee is a natural appetite suppressant if you need that. Otherwise just go for regular soylent

Ah, fuck, back when I was into it Soylent itself hosted a forum where folks tried all sorts of shit to figure out what blends and flavors of raw ingredients were good; it was actually a community effort, though they sold out and closed those forums. A lot of it might be lost to time. The Soylent :reddit-logo: probably has old posts along those lines. I'll check way back machine.
