Most likely the guy drew it himself after being detained at the airport so he could say they detained him just because he's Israeli and they like Palestine.
I think you probably don't know just how many right-wingers (mostly far-right) are anti-Israel then, especially outside of the US. One of my starting off points when trying to talk sense into chuds.
