She's doing a speed run of conservative policy goals before they lose the next election. Like she completely eliminated the top tax bracket and is going to cut welfare payments to hundreds of thousands of people, plus getting rid of a bunch of other taxes and regulations. It's really just the speed that she's doing it which is causing chaos. And they know that the current Labour party will never reverse any of this when they get in power.
