    It seems like "fasting" can mean lots of different things.

    Maybe figure out what your daily calorie intake is, on average, and try to manage your portions to reduce overall calorie intake while still regularly eating meals. So, as a completely random internet nobody, maybe try calorie reduction instead of complete fasting. :edgeworth-shrug:
