    i don't eat between 4PMish and 6AM the next day, at first it felt horrible, the hunger and lethargy; but after a few weeks my body got used to it. It also helped that I sleep through most of it.

    Went from 90kg in June when I started to 83kg. You will see huge drops in the first 1-1.5 months after which the weight loss plateaus as your body adjusts to the diet. I think I'm still losing weight but at a much slower rate.
