Worried I’ll lose a lot of energy though.

Edit: should’ve written that I meant “intermittent fasting”

My bad 😞

I've been doing intermittent fasting, haven't seen any drastic health changes either way, but I kept with it just because it simplifies meal planning only having one big meal and a few snacks after I am home (I eat in the evening and don't eat breakfast or lunch). The other thing I have noticed is, if I skip lunch, I don't have any dip in energy in the afternoon, which I do have if I haven't slept well and ate lunch. And I drink black coffee when fasting, which I think some people don't allow.

It will take a while to get used to, but at this point, I don't notice any difference in energy if I eat or don't eat, even when working out (though I do think my running pace is slightly slower). And at this point I don't really even get hungry at lunch time.
