Imagine if people in Hell Let Loose played as a cohesive squad, the guns felt weightier, the meta was better designed, and the sound was 50% better. Squad is the gold standard of the genre for me. Coming out of Project Reality it's the best balance between hardcore tactical sim and fun shooter.

I don't think the insurgency mode is as advanced as PR's was yet, but otherwise very similar vibe. The six hour Fallujah West/Basra games were the most intense shooter experience I've ever had.
