The Stalingrad level where you play as a fictionalized :pavlichenko: is pretty dope. The rest of it is meh
At least it doesn't make you play as the Germans
The wolfenstein games (not the co-op one) are all good for nazi killing.
The official games and the Blade of Agony wad for Doom II.

Any CoD up to 5/WaW should satisfy your CoD Nazi shooting desires. Just replay them, it musta been ages
If you're not limiting yourself to shooters...
Company of Heroes (plus the Eastern Front mod) is great if you're into aggressive RTS games. Just avoid the Wehraboo campaign and go for the Allied ones (sadly, no Soviet campaign).
Bionic Commando is also neat for action platformers.
