Path of Exile's new League, The Forbidden Sanctum, launches today at 2 PM Eastern time, so I thought it'd be good to have a thread about it. Who else is leaguestarting today/this weekend? Does anyone want to team up for playing through the acts?
For those who missed it: Hexbear has its own Path of Exile guild, named Path of Hexile (guild page is here, though non-members won't be able to see anything there). Anyone who would like to join is welcome, please either DM me here or message @Atrociraptor in-game to do so.
Also, for anyone who is leaguestarting: what build do you plan to run?
I'm going to do hit EA Raider again, since it was so easy to level last league, then stop in the mid-60s (just before killing Kitava) to do some endless Heist for a while, and try to trade my way up to early riches.
I enjoyed this build a lot.
The premise is you're a minion build but once you get the Maw of Mischief helmet you get a unique skill that causes your minions to explode which becomes your main source of damage. The only issue is you play Wintertide Brand until you get the helmet. It's quite expensive the first few days, I think I paid 75c for it on day 2 but day 5 it was 1c.

It looks like it plays/levels very similarly to a "Murder of Crows" build I used last time I kept up with the game.
