The command didn’t work. Yoru and Asa think it is because Denji doesn’t actually like her - but it’s probably some devil immunity that Denji has obtained.
I mean it could just plain be that Denji doesn't belong to her because they only went on one (1) date. I think it's less likely to be a magical immunity than a mundane quirk of the Devil Rules or a psychological thingy.
She was able to purchase the aquarium for 1,000,000 Yen, but did not believe he truly liked her, even tho she liked him, so it was probably some inner conflict affecting her skill.
