    Trump's people arrange a stunt beforehand. At some point during the debate Joe Rogan lights up a blunt and offers it. Biden says "Come on man. No. That's drugs." Then Trump pauses, looks skeptically, and takes it. He puts it on his lips and gives a quick throat clearing cough. It's obvious he didn't take a hit but his base says he did. Tons of memes on reddit at all times until November of how cool Trump is. People talking about Trump gonna legalize it. Biden calling Trump a drug fiend during his speeches. Says he will be tougher than Trump on drugs. After November legalization never comes and Trump denies he ever did the stunt.

      Trump is pretty anti-drug use on a personal level (and IIRC a teetotaler as well) and it's a significant part of his image with his cult.

        Trump being anti-drug use is part of the psyop. People who worked with him on The Apprentice confirm that the man has a hard, lifelong stimulant addiction.

            the actions of dopaminergic drugs on the brain are very dependent on dose and setting, it is not always a simple issue of neurotoxicity, especially without methylation.
