that begs the question: what was the status of cannabis in the USSR? Did they just use it for hemp? Was it used recreationally? Was it super illegal to use recreationally like the rest of the world?
It's been illegal to cultivate "Indian hemp" since 1934, drug ownership for personal use without intent to distribute was decriminalized until the 1970s. Modern Russia mostly sources it's drug laws back to the USSR.
Quick question: if you grow weed outside, do the crystals wash of from rain and dew?
I can't directly answer the question, but if you create a see through tarp you can make use of the greenhouse effect with the added benefit of protecting the trichomes.
