you want somewhere hot and wet to encourage decomp, what you really want to avoid is low temps and dry conditions which will assist in preserving the body. The main thing though is don't be lazy with your body disposal, if you put even a little effort into hiding the body and covering your tracks your chances of getting away with it go way up. Don't be the dumbass that gets tired and lazy and ends up dumping them in a ditch where they can be easily spotted.
