You could write an entire essay about how this show intentionally and very loudly ignores the structures of power to instead focus on the idea of individual actors being behind evil. The show is a literal PowerPoint presentation explaining how the reactionary state subsumes and redirects anything that internally challenges it.

Yes and it is incredibly mid.

It also lets us know that Master Chief does canonically fuck, because if there's one thing a Halo TV show needed it was an explicit sex scene with Master fucking Chief.

Yeah it came out last year and there’s another season in the works. It’s enjoyable if you like Halo, but in reality it’s just kinda average

It’s a 7 billion dollar ip owned by the biggest tech company in the world, all value must be extracted :porky-happy:

It also does have a pretty extensive story, and does basically promote the new halo game

There are 8 games, plus remasters of 6 of them, plus two mobile games and two RTS games. Halo is not as popular as it once was but you’re absolutely wrong if you think it’s not still massively popular

And they released halo infinite two years ago, which is probably going to be the only release for a while since it’s free to play
