The last time I tried modding Morrowind I couldn't get the added foliage from the graphics overhaul to remap to TR and then gave up.
I've found the best is to just go through this modding guide to get the skeleton up, then I usually follow this to add meat on the bones.
This time I just started adding stuff on my own too, finally starting to get the hang of this without handholding
