Which is also crazy because a select few public government schools, usually ex model c schools (a term for a school that was whites only during apartheid) can charge super high fees to compete with the private non government ones with facilities and so forth. As someone that knew I was bisexual since I was 9, then got repressed till I was 17 and realised again, they are probably the worst schools to attend if you're gay. So much homophobia and macho man nonsense. I'll save the rest because it's not safe for life.

From what I know of his experiences, there was gay sex, but it wasn't consensual. (Maybe some was, but he wasn't gay, so he wouldn't have known about that.) He was also a young child at the time.
