Instagram began as app-only but eventually ended up being accessible via a web browser. Nowadays I feel that more people access the internet mainly though their phone. Will Meta end up opening it up to web browsers, or is the data SUCC that apps allow too tempting for the zucc?

        You can see profiles if you know the usename, e.g. https://www.threads.net/@zuck .

        I have to disable tracking protection in Firefox for it to load anything but a splash screen.

          Oh! After a cursory web search I couldn't find an actual Threads webpage. Thanks for the article.

          (the homepage is https://www.threads.net but it ain't working atm)
