These guys think that it's a woman's job to raise children, so I'm not sure that's going to hit them hard.
The best thing you can do is just ignore them or pretend you don't know who they are or why you should care about them. Next best is to say that they don't actually produce anything and they are going to die nameless and forgotten.
EDIT: Also, if they are philosophy nerds, call them sophists.
