If they pull me over for speeding or something and ask if I consent to having my car searched, I'd say, "holy SHIT no, NO, omg no no no no no fuck me no no no no". And then if they fall into my trap I'll tell them it's just pepcid AC and we'll have a big laugh.

    Whether or not it is prosecutable is up for debate. What is not is the fact that you WILL end up spending the rest of your day in police custody. Is spending any amount of additional time with pigs worth a chuckle to yourself?

        Doubtful as they can just claim they needed the time to verify the substance in question. And yeah, test kits can instantly reveal the presence of fentanyl, but nothing comes easy when dealing with cops.
