I'm glad I didn't get a job fabricating aerospace parts now, because I'd have to try and sleep at night wondering if I made a shitty part that would lead to hundreds of people dead.
Unless it was the immediate response to a rapid decompression this shouldn't happen
It does look like decompression was the reason, but that also shouldn't happen.

Headline really should be about the pressurization failing because that rapid descent is the correct action by the pilots
