here's the link since OP link is typo'd: https://www.newsweek.com/florida-homeowners-struggle-sell-their-houses-1912392

"Inventory is growing stale fast in Texas and Florida largely because those states are building far more homes than anywhere else in the country, contributing to rising supply, and because some homebuyers are nervous about the increasing prevalence of natural disasters," Redfin said in its analysis.

Haven't done a holistic analysis, but if the housing slump is true for only Texas and Florida, and not Georgia Alabama Miss/etc, then the above quote is true and it has nothing to do with climate change (neither temps nor hurricanes)

  • and the canes for next year seem very small and underdeveloped compared to the ones I just harvested this years berries off of. Is it normal that they be so small at this point?

    Show

This picture seems to suggest that the primocanes (this year's canes) are going to be smaller than the floricanes (canes that sprouted last year)
This would make sense since the primocanes have only been around for 6 months, while the floricanes for 18 months

You should be comparing the size of the new canes to the size of the canes last year, idk if you're doing that

  • When Huey changed his title from defense minister to the ridiculous "Supreme Commander" and then to the even more ridiculous "Supreme Servant," damn near nobody said a word.

seems similar to Trump or Modi. Like there's too much emotional attachment to your friends "just because" and not enough ego death

Trump tbh seems the most emotionally removed of the three based on my very poor understanding of them, but his followers definitely aren't, and if he pulled a Modi (AKA said he's god tomorrow) they'd prob double down on him even further
