Silly question about trying to get away from lemmy.ml
Why?
I'm not familiar with much drama between instances.
One of the many accounts I have is over there, though I don't use it often.
But it's probably because the admins of lemmy.ml are Marxist-Leninists who also run Lemmygrad, an ML instance. They mostly keep their ML stuff to Lemmygrad, but there's been some controversy about banning people with anti-China views from lemmy.ml
Could be some other reason but that's the main reason people avoid lemmy.ml that I know of.
Ah gotcha, I avoid Lemmygrad due to the politics of it (I'm a lefty who really doesn't like tankies)
