A guy I work with was talking about "finances" and giving advice to other people about how to keep track of them. offered to share his "template" (excel? idk...). But then happily added "but you might have to make adjustments, cause mine's different; I do real estate"
He was talking about the fact that he rents out a duplex that he brags about making him 5k a year, constantly complains about the tenants, said he knew for sure that one of them was a "drug dealer". I hope they rent strike the fuck out of him, just remembering that shit makes me want to vomit in my lap :angery:
