You left out Boogie's side of the story, in which Frank Hassle was apparently tagging and threatening Boogie for several months on twitter following up the incident, culminating in him randomly showing up to his town on that day and tagging him again calling him a pussy. I don't know the full chronology of events but Hassle kept intentionally escalating things when Boogie made it clear he wanted nothing to do with him. Plus his content seems to be based around harassing people long after they've made it clear they want to be left alone so yeah. Also he's apparently an MDE guy so he's probably some kind of Nazi.
