I just think that the discord is actually far better the whole community was literally just shitposts anyway when it was a subreddit, and we can have a bigger community feel if we are all communicating on Discord. So maybe instead of deleting the discord, maybe delete the lemmy?
I'd disagree you can pop into a channel and ask whats poppin and people will tell you whats up and where the anti slavery content is

They're obviously different spaces. The discord is fun for chatting with a regular cast of characters. The lemmy is nice for effort posts and serves as a hub that we actually own so that we won't get scattered to the winds again when/if the discord gets banned.

now that you’re this butthurt and paranoid, I’m all for deleting the discord. it’s a proprietary space, the community built it’s own thing to get away from capitalist masters and now this special discord clique has made it so that migration has been shot in the knee.
