so like I am not a doctor but uhhhh someone with a ton of comorbities probably wouldn't be given that many drugs (of that type, meant for really serious cases) unless they were positive that whatever the disease could do is worse, right? like this seems pretty dire in a way it wasn't before (especially since he def had strokes before)
