The opportunity to pick between 230 brands of slightly different potato chips when I go to the store but not actually change who my money goes to is the peak expression of freedom to me, an American, who will be paying off his student loans for eternity and can be financially ruined from one bad accident or illness or be fired from most jobs for literally no reason and have no recourse or protection.

I am very freedom because of the chips thing though.
