The hard cut from the guy asking what the fuck pepecash is to some guy sparking up a bong is so beyond parody, that I am forced to finally and conclusively accept that I am living in a poorly maintained computer simulation.

I don't understand, why is it worth money, how does it make more money??? Also how is the misprint valuable it's just a jpg there's no printing press or whatever. Surely I can just draw a fucking stupid frog dressed up like fucking keanu reeves in the matrix or some shit and then do whatever internet bullshit you need to do to make it one of a kind, and then... profit??? Can we cynically exploit this to fund our communist propaganda mines?

It's valuable because they traded it backwards and forwards between each other repeatedly increasing its value over time as people gain more and more confidence in it being that valuable.

This system will obviously never ever hit a crisis of confidence that causes its value to plummet to nothing. Ever. No I will not explain why.

It's a crypto-coin like Bitcoin, except you mine Pepe pictures instead of mining random strings of numbers.
