you should ask that question to the average person living in countries that have similar geopolitical/historical/geographic conditions, such as haiti or jamaica

as a middle class (meaning richest 20%, far above average) brazilian i have no material reason to move there

if i was a random worker my answer would be different, though i still think it's better to stay in your country and help your fellow workers get the same level of justice
