Shouldn't people do regular blood tests to monitor and correct their hormone treatment? I get that some have no choice but to self med, but AFAIK having access to an endocrinologist is preferable.
Yes, if you have access to an endocrinologist your treatment will be safer. It is very difficult to treat yourself without a lot of medical knowledge and proper equipment.
