You hit the nail on the head, I'm a Gen Zer and trying to convince people my age that Obama is bad is like pulling teeth. I think it's an issue on two parts, 1: still believing US propaganda and 2: having too strick of what makes socialism and impossible purity tests, (probably because they don't actually read any theory).
