Yeah this lol. Also don't rich parents basically bribe universities in the USA to let their failsons and daughters in? Reddit :galaxy-brain: is something to behold

Knew a music label executive's son in college. He was dumb as rocks and paid me to do a lot of his math work. I did it because I was poor and when he inevitably got drunk and passed out by around 5PM on a Tuesday I would steal his beer, weed, and/or coke. One of the dumbest motherfuckers I have ever met and he's on the Nashville city council now.

But yeah, "ChInEsE aRe ChEaTeRs. I hAvE mErIt ThOuGh!"

If there is a common theme among the students from China I have interacted with (and this would MAYBE be a slim majority, certainly not all of the students and professionals I have interacted with), it's that the goal is work in the US/Canada for a bit, get a passport or citizenship, then go back to China. Ostensibly this is so they can leave if "the CPC decides to take property/wealth". They also tend to be from some sort of privileged background. So yeah, this small sample is probably very different from the attitudes of a typical person from China.

Can't wait for them to see how that plan works for them if the CPC decides to do that, I'm sure no one in the party has ever thought of that plan.
