do you think thats genuinely happening or are people lying/fudging the numbers?

im worried, i have family constantly thinking this is just about to be over.

      I totally agree, but there's nothing to make me think that our leaders will put effective mitigation measures into place. not much is going to be done because they're waiting for a miracle vaccine that can also make a bunch of pharmaceutical execs rich

          My lib bf whose parents were agains the Viet Cong even admitted that capitalism is what’s making America turn to shit (it was already shit but you know what I mean). Seriously this is eye opening stuff

      There has never been a vaccine developed for a novel coronavirus. To this day, we have no engineered immunity to SARS or MERS.

      Successful coronavirus vaccination would literally be that "cure for the common cold" people talk about metaphorically.
