I'd like to see if people are interested before bringing the idea to a recruiter. Lemme know, fam.

I'm thinking it'd probably be best on a Saturday.

I swear I'll flip if only 3 people ask questions and it's crickets for the rest of the time. lol

I think this could be a great idea that would help people who are interested and considering joining but have questions and social anxiety that would make asking those questions difficult at an in-person meetup.

Agreed. I just want to make sure people will take this seriously and actually show up to ask questions as well.

I'd like people to ask their own questions and have them engage with the recruiter if possible, y'know? Unless you mean to help each other iron out questions.

So you're saying definitely have a question workshop before the event then? lol

No! I think that's actually a really good idea! Let me jot that one down in my notes so I know to include it in the planning of all this! Thank you for the idea! :D

In support of danksobotka, I find that when I go to sit in front of somebody and let them speak for a long period of time, I'll forget all of my questions or there will be a very confident questioner who will hog all the time.

The first step is always the hardest and I'm here to hold people's hands through it and facilitate them learning, comrade. <3

That... is a very good point.
