Ugh yeah that's the worst, trying to figure out good strategies and stuff and every article starts with "we know it can be very burdensome and terrible when your child behaves this way, but he (it's always he) is doing it because of adhd reasons and may just want to do xyz instead!" Barf
It's very much the same way with autism too, every article starts with an attempt to stroke some NT parent's ego at the expense of their kid
Yeah I edited my post to misgender me for extra realism lol. Half the time I'd rather just look at reddit threads on a topic than "real" articles about how your baby has too much energy

Agreed, most of the good advice I've gotten has come from the ADHD subreddit which is pretty okay as far as reddit goes
