    its really gotten to the point where direct retaliation against the kerryposters doesnt seem like that bad of an idea

        Best approach is downvote + report + ignore. Scarce resource is time so do not waste it.

        It is like warfare, the way to win is not with the most powerful weapons or highly trained troops, but the most cost effective ones, and the strongest economy.
        If kerryposters spend two seconds making each kerrypost, they can waste many times more of your time if you respond to them.

        Admins probably cannot grow the mod pool too fast because they need to be sure those people are trustworthy first.
        It is easier to screen mods before adding them, than removing after they cause some shit.
