I don't know how much time you have, but if you've got a few days you could order a stink bomb online.
Liquid ass spray is another option. Googled it just now and found a news story where an entire bar evacuated because one guy sprayed it.
The store I linked to has a bundle with ass spray and stink bombs, so you could absolutely double down and make the open house a complete shit show.
