I can make a pretty good case that it already is. But also don't you know how to neoliberal? Never go full privatization; subcontract, form a non-profit, hire a consultation firm, etc. And, it's more profitable to make you work the rest of your life to pay off your Amazon Homes™ debt.

I think the move is the Appalachian mountains, personally. Lots of places in the Midwest that seem nice, but they also look nice to millions of other people. Gotta weed out the weak, head to the hills, I say.
