I've been spending way too much time trying to find a nice non stick pan to get for my gf for Christmas. I was gonna go with a nice looking one like Equal Parts but found out ceramic coatings dont last as long. Read good things about Misen though was curious if anyone more knowledgeable on what to look for thinks its a good buy. I mostly use it for things like cooking eggs, grilled cheese, hash browns, potatoes, vegetables, quesadillas, maybe making burgers from time to time. I have an induction oven.

Its $50 after discount including shipping and tax for the 10" non stick pan but it would only ship after Christmas. There a better alternative like it? I'm ok with paying up to $100 if its a good pan.

just avoid nonstick coated pans, just buy a cast iron or carbon steel, season it (check youtube) and when you continue to use it, it'll build up a nice patina layer that will make your pan non-stick. It'll last a lifetime.

i dont really want a cast iron just for making eggs and hash browns lol, but i read carbon steel isnt too non stick either for things like eggs? or it can be annoying to maintain properly?
